US Event Structures provided tents for the “Wake Will: The Campaign for Wake Forest” fundraising event for Wake Forest University.
The campaign launch event was held under a 82’ X246’ tent that featured interior dividers to create three different event spaces all under one roof – a reception space, a program area, and a back-of-house. Clear top ceiling panels were used to showcase the beauty of the campus, while black wall liners and a black ceiling liner created the perfect space for video presentations in the program area.
A covered patio area was also created by removing the gable end of the tent structure and all of its components at the entrance of the reception space. Porch swings were added to create a southern feel for guests as they entered.
