For the annual arts and crafts fair, the client asked for roughly 40,000 square feet of overhead coverage for the exhibitors and their handmade goods. In addition, separate areas were needed for onsite workshop areas and classes. US Event Structures installed a 30m X 55m and 25m X 75m structures in an “L” shape formation with centralized workshop tents. Registration, security and first aid tents were installed around the perimeter. Add to that some beautiful September weather, and this event was a huge success.
